Backers, not shareholders
The campaign launches October 2026, right here on our own site. Between now and then, the project has to become perfect: final 3D printers online, packaging locked, international shipping tests, finish work at the level of the real vehicle.
All of that costs real money, and it has to be funded now, not in October.
We could have looked for an investor or taken a loan. We preferred to ask 150 people who already know the project.

The Founders Edition
Why is there no discount on the Founders Edition?
The price matches the campaign's Premium tier on purpose. Moving early gets you a lower serial, the engraved card, and delivery 3–4 months sooner, not a discount. That is the deal, and it will not change later.
Why only 150 spots?
150 is the number of units we can hand-finish to standard before the campaign opens. The cap is a production limit, not a marketing device.
What about numbers #001 → #035?
Those are permanently reserved for the long-time customers who supported Space Rocket Lab from the very beginning and helped shape the design of this model. They are not for sale, and they never will be.
Product & Shipping
Does this model differ from the campaign version?
No. Same 1:144 scale, same components, same finish. What changes is the serial number and the shipping date.
When exactly will I receive it?
Founders Edition ships December 2026 through February 2027, depending on your position in the queue. Campaign backers receive theirs May–Dec 2027.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
It depends on your country. Inside the EU there are no customs charges: the model ships from Italy within the single market.
Outside the EU, duties are set by your destination country. In the United States the rate is around 15%, plus a possible UPS brokerage fee of about 15 USD.
Most likely, US buyers will pay nothing: once orders reach our threshold, we ship in pallets and fulfil inside the United States, so your package arrives domestically with nothing to import.

Can I upgrade to a campaign tier later?
No. The Founders Edition is a separate, limited run. Once the 150 spots are gone, the combination of a low serial and early delivery is gone with them.
When does the window close?
When spot #185 is taken. There is no closing date, only 150 units. It could be days or weeks.
