Art. 1 – What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites send to and store on the user's device (computer, tablet, smartphone) during browsing, and which are then sent back to those sites on the next visit. Alongside cookies, this site uses similar tracking technologies (pixels, web beacons, third-party scripts) that collect information about how the user interacts with the site.
This Cookie Policy describes the types of cookies used, their purposes and how to manage your preferences, in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Authority's ruling of 8 May 2014, its Guidelines of 10 June 2021 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2.1 Technical cookies – strictly necessary (no consent required)
These cookies are essential for the site to work properly and to let the user access the services requested (for example completing a purchase, keeping the cart, signing in). They fall outside the scope of consent under the Authority's 2021 Guidelines.

2.3 Profiling and marketing cookies (explicit consent required)
These cookies track the user's browsing habits over time and across multiple sites in order to display personalised advertising. They require the user's explicit and separate consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Art. 3 – How to manage cookies and withdraw consent

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, free of charge, by writing to: spacerocketlab@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Art. 4 – Duration and renewal of consent
Consent given through the cookie banner is valid for 6 months, after which it is requested again. Consent is renewed earlier if the user clears the browser cache or changes their preferences. In line with the Authority's 2021 Guidelines, renewal cannot take place less than 6 months after the last consent, unless the user changes their preferences voluntarily.
