Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

1.1 All products offered on this website are manufactured on demand. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that the purchase concerns a custom printing service and not goods maintained in stock.
1.2 Production, finishing, and packaging require a preparation period, the duration of which is indicated on the relevant product page.
1.3 Processing times are estimates and may vary due to technical or logistical circumstances. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays attributable to causes beyond its control.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

2.1 The Seller ships exclusively via express courier services in order to provide traceable and expedited delivery.
2.2 Once the order has been processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Italy and European Union (GLS): 1–3 business days

  • Non-EU countries (UPS): up to 7 business days
    2.3 Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays caused by the courier, customs authorities, or force majeure do not constitute grounds for liability or compensation.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 All shipments are dispatched from Italy.
3.2 Shipping is provided free of charge for all destinations unless otherwise specified at checkout.
3.3 Any additional services requested by the Customer (e.g., address changes, scheduled delivery, storage) may be subject to extra fees as determined by the courier.

4. Customs Duties and Import Charges (Non-EU Shipments)

4.1 For shipments destined outside the European Union, the Customer acts as the official Importer of Record and is fully responsible for compliance with local customs regulations.
4.2 Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price and may be charged by the courier or local authorities upon importation.
4.3 UPS applies a fixed brokerage fee of USD 15 for customs clearance, regardless of the duty or tax rate imposed by the destination country.
4.4 Additional charges may apply if the Customer elects to pay duties and taxes via Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment of customs charges is recommended to avoid supplementary fees.
4.5 Failure by the Customer to pay customs duties or import taxes may result in delays, return of the shipment, or destruction of the goods. In such cases, no refund shall be due.

5. Risk of Loss and Transfer of Responsibility

5.1 Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the shipment to the courier.
5.2 The Customer is responsible for verifying the integrity of the package upon receipt and for promptly reporting any damage or tampering to the courier and the Seller.
