Is this the same model you'll ship?
Yes. The 1:144 SLS you see here is exactly what backers receive — same scale, same components, same hand-finished detail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout when the campaign goes live.
Who makes these?
Space Rocket Lab — the same workshop that has built models for the Italian Space Agency and Thales Alenia Space.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
It depends on your country. Inside the EU there are no extra customs charges: the model ships from Italy within the single market.
For the rest of the world, import duties are set by your destination country and we cannot predict them. In the United States the rate is around 15%, but it varies from country to country. A UPS brokerage fee of about 15 USD may also apply.
For the United States, you will most likely pay nothing. Once we reach our order threshold, which we are confident we will, we ship in pallets and fulfil inside the United States. Your package then arrives domestically, with nothing to import from Italy.
